ONLINE COGNITIVE BEHAVIOURAL THERAPY

  • ADHD

ADHD impacts attention, impulsivity, and self-regulation, making daily tasks and focus challenging.

CBT Approach: I support clients with skills-based strategies focused on organization, time management, emotional regulation, and restructuring negative self-beliefs.

  • Anxiety

Anxiety can feel overwhelming, often causing excessive worry, physical tension, and avoidance of everyday situations.

CBT Approach: I help clients break the cycle of anxiety by teaching practical coping strategies, challenging unhelpful thinking patterns, and gradually building confidence through structured exposure work.

  • Depression

Depression can cause persistent sadness, low motivation, and a sense of disconnection from life and others.

CBT Approach: I work collaboratively to identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns, encourage behavioral activation, and help rebuild a sense of purpose and enjoyment.

  • OCD

OCD is characterized by intrusive thoughts (obsessions) and repetitive behaviors or mental rituals (compulsions) aimed at reducing distress.

CBT Approach: I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), a gold-standard CBT method, to help clients face fears gradually and reduce reliance on compulsive behaviors.
