Terms of Service
Veritas Mind Psychology provides online psychological services for children, adolescents, and adults. All services are delivered by a registered psychologist in accordance with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) standards and the Australian Psychological Society (APS) Code of Ethics.
Appointments and Fees
Appointments must be booked in advance. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee. Service fees are communicated prior to sessions and are payable on the day of service.
Telehealth Services
Sessions are conducted via secure online platforms. Clients are responsible for ensuring they attend sessions from a private, confidential location. Technical disruptions may require rescheduling without penalty.
Privacy and Confidentiality
All personal information is collected, stored, and managed in accordance with Australian privacy laws. Confidentiality is maintained except where disclosure is legally required or necessary to prevent harm. You can find this policy here.
Emergencies
Veritas Mind Psychology does not provide crisis services. In emergencies, please contact 000 or a 24/7 crisis line such as Lifeline (13 11 14).
